| Abstract: | The Overload Vulnerability Manual is rescinded and the Overload Vulnerability Assessment Procedure will no longer be used for determining the relative risk of overload induced failure of bridges. The current BDMS data for load ratings, primary member ratings, load posting, and condition data will be relied on to identify structures which are vulnerable to overload failure. This data can be easily queried. | |
