The New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) will hold an auction in Rochester next month to offer for sale a parcel of excess land as part of the state’s Surplus Property Program.

The parcel that will be offered for sale is approximately 5.1 acres of land adjacent to the Route 31F Park and Ride Lot and Interstate 490 in the town of Pittsford, Monroe County. This parcel is encumbered with multiple easements and all existing easements must be maintained.
