Transportation Research
The mission of the Transportation Research and Development Bureau is to manage a targeted transportation research and development program to enhance the quality and cost-effectiveness of engineering policies, practices, procedures, standards, and specifications. Activities performed to accomplish this mission include applied research, technical assistance, technology transfer and engineering consultation.
