Graber Report
About: Pursuant to Section 231.6 of the State Highway Law, the New York State Department of
Transportation (NYSDOT) is required to submit the State Fiscal Year (SFY)
Report Annually on Bridge Management and Inspection Programs to the Governor and the
Legislature. The Annual Bridge Management and Inspection Programs Report, referred
to as the “Graber Report,” details the status of NYSDOT’s Bridge Inspection, Bridge
Safety Assurance, and Bridge Management programs and provides a summary of the
status and condition of highway bridges in New York State.
